1. DO's:

  • Adhere to Operational Hours: Booths must be open and staffed during the mall’s operational hours.

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the booth area clean, tidy, and free from litter. Dispose of trash in designated bins.

  • Professional Conduct: Staff should be polite, well-groomed, and in appropriate attire.

  • Display Permits: Ensure all business licenses and permits are displayed clearly.

  • Follow Setup Guidelines: Use only approved fixtures, furniture, and electrical appliances.

  • Respect Safety Standards: Follow all fire and safety regulations. Ensure wires and cords are safely secured.

  • Promote Legally: Use approved marketing materials and adhere to promotional guidelines.

  • Report Issues: Inform mall management immediately of any technical or maintenance issues.

  • Comply with Mall Rules: Follow all additional mall-specific regulations outlined in the lease agreement.

  • Insurance Coverage: Maintain proper insurance coverage as required by mall management.

 

2. DON'Ts:

  • No Unauthorized Alterations: Do not make any structural changes to the booth space.

  • Avoid Loud Promotions: Refrain from using loudspeakers or sound systems without prior approval.

  • Prohibited Products: Do not sell banned, illegal, or restricted items.

  • No Obstruction: Ensure the booth setup does not block entrances, exits, or walkways.

  • No Subleasing: Subleasing the booth to other vendors is strictly prohibited.

  • No Overnight Storage: Do not leave stock or equipment in the booth after operating hours unless explicitly permitted.

  • Avoid Aggressive Sales Tactics: Do not harass or pressure shoppers into purchasing items.

  • No Unapproved Signage: Avoid placing banners, posters, or flyers outside the designated booth area.

  • No Hazardous Materials: Do not bring flammable, toxic, or hazardous materials into the booth.

  • Violation of Lease Terms: Avoid any actions that breach the terms set in the lease agreement.

 

Consequences for Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in fines, termination of the lease, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation. The mall management reserves the right to amend these rules as needed.
